I bought nine of these chairs. They are very expensive. They were shipped rapidly and they were packaged very well. I have only had them in my restaurant for less than eight weeks and the upholstery nails are popping out out of almost all of the chair chairs… they all have substantial wiggle movement because of the bracing that is used or the lack there of bracing. These are definitely not for commercial usage. Despite the already high cost, I had to pay a person to make brackets to span across in two areas to keep them from completely breaking the stave legs. They are cosmetically beautiful and good quality leather used, but need a new design to support the chairs.

We have never had an issue like this over the past 7+ years and 2,000+ customers across the country. The barstools may have been subjected to extreme use in your commercial location as we also sell event planners that use the stools constantly throughout the year and have not seen any issues.
