Although the whiskey barrel coffee table I ordered has a great likeness to the photos, arrived in good time, and crafted beautifully; the packaging and shipping used was cause for concern. This item definitely feels like it should have arrived in a crate, rather than rapped in multiple, contorted, cardboard boxes and shipping plastic. I believe because of this, our item came with a broken corner screw, causing the integrity of the piece to become compromised and in need of additional efforts from us to make it functional. I feel this could have been avoided, if shipped appropriately.

(I can touch it up) My advice is when someone buys a coffee table for a $1000 they would also like white glove delivery not UPS Ground and their horrible service.

This is a gorgeous, very well made barrel/planter. It far exceeded my expectations, looks fantastic outside of my vintage cabin in the San Jacinto mountains of Southern California. Arrived quickly via UPS. While it arrived in perfect condition the seller should have used a heavier weight cardboard box for shipping. The UPS delivery guy actually opened the box for me to check it out upon delivery. The box was pretty beat up making it tricky to take it off his truck. Regardless, it is a beautiful product that I would order again in a heartbeat. Also an exceptional value compared to others I've looked at.

I bought nine of these chairs. They are very expensive. They were shipped rapidly and they were packaged very well. I have only had them in my restaurant for less than eight weeks and the upholstery nails are popping out out of almost all of the chair chairs… they all have substantial wiggle movement because of the bracing that is used or the lack there of bracing. These are definitely not for commercial usage. Despite the already high cost, I had to pay a person to make brackets to span across in two areas to keep them from completely breaking the stave legs. They are cosmetically beautiful and good quality leather used, but need a new design to support the chairs.

I’m giving this a 5 star all around because it’s a great item. I love how it looks and turned out just as described. One complaint…how it was shipped. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic, no box. The metal where the wine bottles go were bent in transit. If it was wrapped in a box, it don’t believe that would have been an issue.

The bungs were a little to used and wouldn’t fit one of three wine barrels. Overall I would buy again from them. Probably my one barrel was the main issue. Customer service (Jimmy) was outstanding and sent another replacement bung!

Chairs are heavy very sturdy. Would definitely buy from seller again. Not impressed by shipping company. When delivered driver put pallet on my driveway. Said they could not bring furniture in the house. Took me almost 2 hours to unwrap and maneuver the furniture (4 chairs and a table) into the house.
